Governance
CESA operates according to a robust governance structure that ensures transparency, accountability, and ethical operations across all our activities. Our governance model is built around a Founding Committee, comprising individuals with diverse backgrounds and expertise in climate change, technology, community engagement, and international development, and a Global Secretariat. These members set the strategic direction for CESA and oversee the implementation of our mission and objectives. In addition, we are implementing expert Advisory and Technical Boards to provide additional guidance and mentorship to our new members as we establish additional Regional Hubs and National Nodes worldwide.
